LANI PAET
One of the original founder and currently sole Owner of TaeRobix, Lani
started teaching when the "TaeBo" craze started
by Billy Blanks. Already a first degree black belt when TaeRobix, she
immediately saw the benefits, both physically and mentally what a class
like this offered and that is what convinced her to start teaching. Now
a second degree black belt, Lani is pleased with the success the program
has afforded not only the people who take class each week but the instructors
as well. "When we first began teaching, everyone was "pumped" and
excited about this new type of workout. They left the
class with the feeling of empowerment. Little did they
know that they were also benefiting their bodies physically
as well. Participants were losing weight, inches and
toning their bodies while working out in a fun environment!"
Known as one of "loudest" instructor,
Lani likes to keep the energy level high in class
at all times. She truly believes working out should
be fun!
When Lani is not teaching or taking class, she's out
jogging with her dog Ginger, swimming, biking or lifting
weights with her son Cj. Lani is also the Principal
Broker of Hawaii Noa Properties, Inc. LLC. |

REGINA KANESHIRO
Managing the various roles we play in our lives along with the multitude
of
responsibilities is common to many. This is no different for Regina
- a
wife, mother of two daughters, and a full-time health care professional.“TaeRobix
re-energizes me every time, both physically and mentally, and puts
me in a positive frame of mind, preparing me to take on the everyday
challenges that life presents. As a mother, taking the time to exercise
not
only benefits me directly, but at the same time, teaches my daughters,
by
example, how to embrace taking care of themselves now, and as adult
women.”
“I teach TaeRobix because I love it and it is
ever challenging—from
learning
the basic moves, to getting your knees up just a little bit higher each
time, to perfecting your roundhouse kick.”
As an instructor, Regina
motivates each student to make TaeRobix their own.
Everyone has their personal reason for working out and Regina’s
purpose is
to help them empower themselves to realize their goals. |

KIM ANDERSON
Aside from juggling a full-time career, being
a wife,
and mother of twin boys, Kim finds the time to teach
taerobix in between her hectic schedule.
Kim started out as a student
four years ago, with the
hope of shedding some of the baby weight she gained
during her pregnancy. Not only did she lose the
weight and inches, she put on muscle as well.
"I loved the changes that I saw happening
to my body.
Losing the baby weight but getting toned at the same
time. I enjoyed the high-energy classes so much, that
I became an instructor and have been teaching for
three years now."
I reccomend taerobix for everyone. Not only will you
gain from it physically but it will give you a great
sense of well-being. |
